去掉IMessageDispatcher接口，改成分发，去掉网络库对demo逻辑的依赖。这样在AddComponent NetInnerComponent NetOuterComponent的时候需要指定使用哪种分发逻辑，由自己在demo中实现相应的分发逻辑
